                               ('the Company')



The Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today and all resolutions
were passed.


At the meeting the Chairman informed shareholders that asset value per share
of the Company's shares had fallen from 54.28p per share at the Company's
year-end (30th June 2001) by 27.0% to 39.62p as at 28th September 2001.
