London & Assoc Properties PLC 09 November 2004 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 9th November 2004 NEW LOOK TO JOIN H & M IN LAP'S KING EDWARD COURT, WINDSOR London & Associated Properties PLC ('LAP') today announces that fashion retailer New Look has pre-let an 11,000 sq ft unit, at an annual rent of £285,000, in the partial redevelopment of King Edward Court, Windsor. New Look joins H & M which pre-let a 20,000 sq ft retail unit earlier this year. A further large retail unit and the supermarket are at advanced stages of negotiation. The redevelopment component of the centre comprises a 40,000 sq ft supermarket and four shop units, of which two are now pre-let, together with a 113-bed hotel which is pre-let to Travelodge. On completion the redevelopment will increase the retail content of King Edward Court by 60,000 sq ft to over 215,000 sq ft.
