NEW LOOK TO JOIN H & M IN LAP'S KING EDWARD COURT, WINDSOR


London & Associated Properties PLC ('LAP') today announces that fashion retailer
New Look has pre-let an 11,000 sq ft unit, at an annual rent of £285,000, in the
partial redevelopment of King Edward Court, Windsor.


New Look joins H & M which pre-let a 20,000 sq ft retail unit earlier this year.
A further large retail unit and the supermarket are at advanced stages of
negotiation.


The redevelopment component of the centre comprises a 40,000 sq ft supermarket
and four shop units, of which two are now pre-let, together with a 113-bed hotel
which is pre-let to Travelodge. On completion the redevelopment will increase
the retail content of King Edward Court by 60,000 sq ft to over 215,000 sq ft.


LAP, which owns King Edward Court in joint venture with Bank of Scotland, was
represented in the letting by Gooch Cunliffe Whale. Dalgleish & Co advised New
Look.
