Amendment to Dividend Details

Further to the 'Final Results' announcement of London & Associated Properties
PLC which was released in two parts today, 12 March 2001, at 0800, under RNS
Numbers 2597A and 2599A, the issuer advises that the final dividend will be
payable on 13 July 2001 to shareholders on the register at 23 March 2001 and
not 9 March 2001 as previously stated in the Chairman's statement and Note 5.
All other details remain unchanged.
