London & Associated Properties plc (the 'Company')

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the listing of 75,000 new ordinary 10 pence shares ('Shares') in
the Company. These Shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares in issue will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.

Admission to the Official List is expected to become effective on 04 April 2002.
