                                   Site Visit


Lok'nStore announces that it will host a site visit for analysts and
institutional investors on Friday 3rd February. They will visit the newly
constructed 60,000 square foot self-storage facility at Farnborough in
Hampshire, which opens on Saturday 4th February. This freehold property is
LoknStore's 21st centre.

The purpose of the visit is to provide analysts and investors with a more
detailed understanding of Lok'nStore's operations. During the visit no new
material financial information will be made available.
