Lok'nStore Group plc, the AIM listed self-storage company, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today Ordinary Resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and Special Resolution 8 were duly passed. 

Ordinary Resolutions 9, 10 and 11 and Special Resolution 7 were not passed.
