Lok'nStore was notified on 27 October 2014 that as at that date Miton Asset Management Ltd's holding in the Company was 3,077,476 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 12.00 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. This figure includes the holding of Diverse Income Trust Holdings for the Miton Group plc.
