Lok'n Store Group plc (the 'Company')

The Company has been notified that Simon Thomas, a director of the Company,
yesterday sold 100,000 ordinary shares in  the Company at 154 pence per share.
His total beneficial holding in the Company following the sale decreased to
2,337,500 ordinary shares representing 9.32 per cent. of the total issued share
capital.
