Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 1 December 2011 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 1 December 2011 bought 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 97.51p each per share and 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 100p each per share.

Following the transaction Mr Peal's total interest in the Company is 165,000 Shares, representing 0.64% of the Company's total issued share capital.
