The Company has been notified that the Aylestone Pension Fund yesterday sold
34,575 ordinary shares in the Company at 167 pence per share.


Aylestone Pension Fund's resultant holding of 114,575 ordinary shares represents
0.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.  Colin Jacobs, a director of
Lok'n Store, is interested in this transaction through being one of the
beneficiaries of the Aylestone Pension Fund.
