                                Board Change

Lok'nStore announces that Steven Hourston has resigned as Managing Director, by
mutual agreement, with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

Andrew Jacobs, Executive Chairman, will take over Steven's responsibilities.
Andrew has extensive experience as a main Board director and established the
Group in 1995.

The Board would like to thank Steven for his contribution to the business over
the last two years.

The Board continues to see opportunities for expansion in the fast-growing
self-storage market. Turnover for the year ending 31 July 2003 is likely to be
approximately £5.6 million, a 12% increase on 2002.
