Timing of publication of 2020 Interim Results and posting of 2019 Annual Report and Accounts

Eddie Stobart Logistics plc, the AIM-quoted cash shell which holds a 49% equity interest in the trading entities of Eddie Stobart ("Eddie Stobart Group"), a leading UK end-to-end supply chain, transport and logistics group, will publish its Interim Results for the half year ended 31 May 2020 in late September. 

This revised timing reflects the announcement by the London Stock Exchange on 9 June 2020 that, due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, the deadline under AIM Rule 18 for the notification by AIM companies of half-year reports can be extended for an additional month.

The Company also announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2019 has been published and posted to shareholders. The Annual Report is also available to be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's corporate website at www.eddiestobart.com
