The Company announces that on 21 April 2006, 150,000 ordinary shares were issued
as part payment of professional fees in relation to the admission of the Company
to trading on AIM.


Application has been made for the ordinary shares issued to the professional
advisor to be admitted to trading on AIM on 17 November 2006.
