Notice of Annual General Meeting
Location Sciences Group PLC (AIM: LSAI) announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("Annual Report") and circular containing a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") ("Circular") will be posted to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Ltd at 8 Frederick's Place, London, EC2R 8AB on 18 June 2021 at 10.00 a.m.
At present, the Company expects restrictions on gatherings indoors still to be in place at the time of the AGM. It is therefore proposed to hold the AGM with the minimum attendance required to form a quorum. Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person but can be represented by the Chairman of the AGM acting as their proxy.
Given the constantly evolving nature of the situation, should circumstances change before the time of the AGM, such that the Company considers that it has become possible to do so, the AGM will be opened for all shareholders to attend. Any changes to the arrangements for the AGM will be notified by regulatory information service as early as is possible before the date of the AGM.
