Robert Rayne as follows:

On 27 November 2007, Robert Rayne acquired 47,833 shares in the Company, at a
price of 66.75 pence each.

Following this acquisition, Robert Rayne is now interested in the following
number of LMS Capital plc ordinary shares of 10p each:

     Beneficially:      7,593,626   (being 2.65% of the issued share capital)
     Non-beneficially: 21,682,900   (being 7.57% of the issued share capital)
