of your company is 286,429,228 ordinary shares, Deutsche Bank AG, and its
subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest in 12,650,207 ordinary shares of
Leo Capital plc, amounting to 4.42%.  Part of this holding may relate to hedging
arrangements for customer transactions.
