On 11 September 2008, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") received notification from the Mineworkers Pension Scheme as follows:

On 3 September 2008, the Mineworkers Pension Scheme acquired sufficient ordinary shares in the Company to take their notifiable interest to above 3.00%. They currently hold 8,830,834 ordinary shares, being 3.14%.
