                       Change of Name to LMS Capital plc

Leo Capital plc, the AIM-quoted investment company with stakes in public and
private UK and US companies and funds, is pleased to announce its change of name
to LMS Capital plc following shareholder approval at yesterday's Extraordinary
General Meeting.

The name change will be implemented with immediate effect and LMS Capital's new
ticker will be LMS.

LMS Capital will be announcing its preliminary results for the nine months ended
31 December 2006 on Thursday 15 March 2007.
