Transaction in Own Shares

Livermore announces the following purchases by the Company of its own ordinary shares:

These shares, which, in aggregate, represent approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company, will be held in treasury for the time being. 

The Company also confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights following such repurchase is 291,767,440 and there are a total of 12,352,961 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 291,767,440 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
