Empire Online Limited ('Empire Online' or 'the Company')



Empire Online announces that Noam Lanir, Chief Executive of the Company, has
today acquired an interest in a further 200,000 Ordinary Shares in Empire Online
('Ordinary Shares'). Noam Lanir is interested in these shares by virtue of the
fact that he owns directly or indirectly all of the issued share capital of
Groverton Management Limited, which has made the acquisition of shares.



Following this acquisition, Noam Lanir has an interest in 62,971,837 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 21.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.



A founder shareholder in Empire Online has also today acquired an interest in a
further 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, through a company in which he is
interested, Awen International Corp. Following this acquisition, Awen
International Corp is interested in 57,289,725 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 19.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
