Further re Interim Dividend

Further to its Interim Dividend notification on 21 November 2023, the Company notifies that the deadline for currency elections for shareholders wishing to receive the $0.03 per share Interim Dividend in Pounds sterling has been extended to 8 December 2023.  The default Interim Dividend payment currency is US Dollars.

The Record Date was 1 December 2023, and the exchange rate for determining the dividend amount in Pounds sterling, for those shareholders who have elected to receive the Interim Dividend in Pounds sterling, will be confirmed by way of an announcement by the Company in advance of the Pay Date of 29 December 2023.
