                                  Board Change

Livermore Investments Group Limited ('the Company) announces that Andrew Burns,
Finance Director, will be leaving the Company at the end of August 2007.

The Board intends to appoint Ron Baron as an Executive Director fulfilling the
role of Chief Investment Officer. Ron has extensive investment management and M&
A experience. He served during 2001-2006 as Member of the Management in Bank
Leumi, Switzerland and was responsible for Portfolio Management activity. Prior
to that he worked for five years as a lawyer, advising on Banking issues and M&A
transactions in Israel. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and an LLB
(law) and BA (economics) from Tel Aviv University.
