                              Directors' Dealings

The Board of Parallel Media Group Plc (the 'Company') announces that directors
Graham Axford and Gerald Andrews yesterday each acquired 125,000 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 3.5 pence each.

As a result of these transactions, Mr Axford will have a beneficial interest in
296,333 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.34 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital, and  Mr Andrews will have a beneficial
interest in 125,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.56 per cent.
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
