Parallel Media Group plc ('PMG') announces that Tan Sri Mohd Razali Abdul
Rahman, currently a non-executive director of PMG, has been appointed as
Non-executive Chairman of PMG and Parallel Media Asia (2003) Limited.  These
appointments took effect from 28 and 27 October 2004 respectively. David
Ciclitira, founder of PMG, remains Group President and CEO.
