Liontrust Asset Management Plc ("the Company") was informed on 22 June 2012 of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p ("Shares"):

On 22 June 2012 Jonathan Hughes-Morgan, a director of the Company, purchased Shares. The number of Shares purchased, which are held on his behalf in a nominee account, and the price paid was as follows:
