ADMISSION TO AIM AND FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS

SUCCESSFUL PLACING TO RAISE £10 MILLION

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, is pleased to announce that admission of its entire issued and to be issued share capital to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange will become effective and dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. today under the ticker LIKE and ISIN number GB00BHNWH003.

The Company has today also completed its Placing to raise gross proceeds of £10 million at the Placing Price of 25 pence per Share. At the Placing Price, the Company's market capitalisation on Admission is approximately £48.1 million.

Zeus Capital is acting as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker, and Ravenscroft are acting as Joint Broker, to the Company.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meanings as set out in the Company's Admission Document dated 29 July 2021.
