Posting of Annual Report

Light Science Technologies Holdings plc (AIM: LST), the controlled environment agriculture ("CEA") technology and contract electronics manufacturing ("CEM") group, announces that in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26 the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting were sent to shareholders on 26 April 2022 and are available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at:

The AGM will be held at 10am on 19 May 2022 at 1 Lowman Way, Hilton, Derby, England, DE65 5LJ.

Light Science Technologies Holdings plc considers it vital to engage with investors and other stakeholders through the most appropriate channels. Shareholders' views are important and the Company wants to ensure that they are given as much information as possible in good time to enable them to participate in the decision-making process.

Subject to any government restrictions in place at the time, the intention is to hold the Annual General Meeting in person. In addition, both existing shareholders and any other stakeholder may follow the meeting remotely via zoom. If you would like to follow the meeting via zoom please contact the Company via [e-mail] in order to receive a link and password.

Voting facilities will not be available to those following the meeting via zoom and persons following the meeting via this means will not be treated as legally attending or participating in the meeting. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit a proxy form indicating their votes in accordance with the notes below and email any questions for the Board to [e-mail] a minimum of 48 hours prior to the AGM. The Board will do its best to answer these questions.

Controlled Environment Agriculture

Light Science Technologies was founded in 2019 and is the Company's grow lights and sensor technology business, providing bespoke recipes and technologies tailored to customers' needs - with key targets including indoor, vertical, glasshouses, polytunnels and medicinal farming markets. The all-in-one CEA solution will include analysing customers' crop growing requirements to provide bespoke, low-energy and sustainable equipment.

Market drivers include food and water shortages in many parts of the world; growing global population; UK and other government policy encouraging sustainable and efficient growth methods; increased scrutiny of the effect of food production on climate change and the continuing transition away from processed foods. 

Contract Electronics Manufacturing

UK Circuits is the Company's CEM focussed division, with strong revenue and cash generation. The Group designs, procures, and manufactures high-quality CEM products, specialising in Printed Circuit Boards, which are used in a range of sectors including audio, automotive, electronics, gas detection, lighting, pest control, telecommunications and, more recently, the CEA market.
