Receipt of Irrevocable Undertakings re Special General Meeting

 

Lexington Gold (AIM: LEX), the gold exploration and development company with projects in North and South Carolina, USA, is pleased to announce, further to the Company's announcement of 5 June 2023 regarding the recent posting of a formal notice and accompanying Chairman's Letter in respect of the forthcoming Special General Meeting ("SGM") to be held at 10.00 a.m. (Bermuda time) on 26 June 2023, that it has been provided with irrevocable undertakings to vote (or procure the vote) in favour of all the Resolutions to be tabled at the SGM from certain Shareholders, in respect of, in aggregate, 146,604,745 Common Shares representing approximately 51.79 per cent. of the Company's existing issued Common Shares.
