LendInvest plc (AIM: LINV.L), the leading asset manager focussed on property finance, announces that at 31 August 2021 the Company's capital consisted of 137,698,910 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and all shares have equal voting rights.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 31 August 2021 was 137,698,910.

The above figure of 137,698,910 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, LendInvest under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
