Notification of share pledges by Persons Closely Associated with PDMRs

LendInvest plc (AIM: LINV.L), the leading asset manager focussed on property finance, announces that it was notified on 5 November 2021 by Christian Faes, Executive Chairman and a PDMR, and Ian Thomas, Chief Investment Officer and a PDMR, that Faes & Co Holdings SARL (a company wholly owned by Christian Faes) and Kilford Investments Limited (a company wholly owned by Ian Thomas) (together, the "Pledgors") have each pledged 7,565,000 ordinary shares in the Company (5.49% of the Company's issued share capital) as collateral against a personal bank lending facility provided by the Credit department of Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, principally intended to be invested in a multi asset investment strategy managed by Berenberg's Wealth and Asset Management division.

There has been no reduction in the shareholdings of Mr. Faes or Mr. Thomas as a result of these pledges, and they each continue to be the beneficial owners of 40,055,912 ordinary shares in the Company, each representing 29.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Faes and Mr. Thomas retain full voting rights in respect of their entire shareholdings.

Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch, the Company's Nominated Advisor and Broker, has waived the Pledgors' IPO lock-up arrangements solely in connection with those shares of the Company being pledged by each of them. The lock-up arrangement agreed at IPO continues to remain in force in respect of their remaining shares, and the lender has agreed in each case to accede to the terms of the lock-up in respect of the pledged shares.
