Appointment of Vice Chairman
At the Annual General Meeting of Legal & General Group Plc today the Chairman,
Rob Margetts, announced the appointment of Bernard Asher as Vice Chairman and
Senior Independent Director.
At the same time, the Chairman also advised of the appointment of Lord Burns
as Chairman of the Legal & General Group Audit Committee.
