Mr. A. J. Hobson, an executive director of Legal & General Group Plc ('the
Group'), today sold 85,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Group at a
price of 177.75p per share.
Mr. D. Rough, an executive director of Legal & General Group Plc today sold
150,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Group at a price of 180p per
share.
