Directors' Dealings
We have today been advised by Mr R A Phipps, an executive director of Legal &
General Group Plc ('Group'), that on Friday 13 October his PEP/ISA Manager,
Legal & General (Portfolio Management Services) Limited, acquired 67 shares in
Group at a price of 161p per share on his behalf and 20 shares in Group at a
price of 161p on behalf of his spouse Mrs C A Phipps. Both acquisitions were
in respect of dividend reinvestment.
