                             Buy back of Own Shares

Leeds Group announces that on February 20 2007 it purchased 50,000 of its own
Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 21.5p each.
The total number of Ordinary Shares now held in Treasury is 2,090,000 and the
number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 34,508,603.
