Leeds Group announces that on 26 January 2009it purchased 150,000of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 14p each.
As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 3,450,658 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 29,649,342.
