                                 Re Directorate

As mentioned in the Company's final results announced in December, Malcolm
Wilson did not offer himself for re-election at the Company's AGM held
yesterday. Accordingly Malcolm Wilson is no longer a Director of Leeds Group
plc, however he will remain as Company Secretary. The Board would like to thank
Malcolm for his commitment and valuable contribution over the last few years of
considerable restructuring and change.
