Holdings in company - Donation of Shares to Charity

The Company has been informed that on 2 March 2023 Jonathan Satchell, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has gifted 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.375p each ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate to five UK registered charities.

Following this gift, Jonathan Satchell now holds 72,963,160 shares, representing approximately 9.23 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, of which 5,900,000 shares are held in a Family Trust where Jonathan Satchell is a Trustee, and therefore the trust is considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Jonathan Satchell.
