Appointment of a New Non-Executive Director

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation" or "Law Debenture") is pleased to announce that Pars Purewal has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Corporation, with immediate effect.

After a career spanning more than thirty years, Pars retired as a senior partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in June 2019. His experience included being PwC's UK Asset Management leader for ten years and Finance Partner for both Asset and Wealth Management. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW and also a Non-Executive Director of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC and Hermes Fund Managers Limited.

Robert Hingley, Law Debenture's Chairman, commented : "Pars' experience in accounting, finance, investment trusts and professional services will be an invaluable addition to the existing skills and expertise on the Board. We are delighted that he has accepted our invitation to join Law Debenture."
