The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. ("the Corporation") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1 (4) that:

1. Although the Corporation has entered a close period, running from 1 July 2014 to 30 July 2014 this being the anticipated date for the announcement of interim results for the six month period to 30 June 2014;

2. The Corporation's Board is satisfied that all inside information which the directors and the Corporation may have had has previously been issued to a RIS.

Accordingly, the Corporation, its subsidiaries, its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities will be permitted to deal in the Corporation's shares during the close period, so long as no inside information comes to light subsequent to this announcement.
