Employee Benefits Scheme Shareholding

James Latham announces that the Trustees of the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Scheme acquired 8,700 ordinary 25p shares in the Company on 5 July 2010 at 172.5p per share.  The Trustees include Pippa Latham and David Dunmow, who are both directors of the Company. 

The resultant shareholding is 129,755 ordinary shares representing 0.67% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.  These shares are not allocated to specific employees, although some of the shares may in future be allocated to directors of the Company. 

In addition, the combined shareholding of Pippa Latham and her husband is now 364,640 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.70% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.  This is revised to exclude the shareholdings of her children, whose shareholdings are no longer aggregated as they are over 18 years old.
