James Latham was notified on 7 April 2016 that Fabian French, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had been gifted 4,332 ordinary shares by his wife Pippa Latham on 6 April 2016.  Mr. French's beneficial holding in the Company is unchanged at 370,052 ordinary shares representing 1.9 per cent. of the total voting rights.
