James Latham announces that on 5 August 2011 the Trustees of the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Scheme allocated 1,782 shares to Peter Latham, a director of the Company, under the Company's SIPS scheme at a price of 252.5 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Peter Latham has a beneficial interest in 1,102,637 ordinary shares, representing 5.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
