James Latham plc announces that, as part of its strategic relocation from its 12
acre site in Clapton, East London, it has purchased a freehold 2.8 acre 
industrial site with 50,000 square feet of warehouse space in Purfleet, Essex. 
The total purchase price is £2.3 million payable on a phased basis over 2 years 
with an upfront payment of £1.1 million.
