Total Voting Rights

Following the recent issue of shares and in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Landore would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 346,283,825 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Landore is 346,283,825.

The above figure of 346,283,825 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Landore under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
