                            Placing Raises £705,000

Landore Resources Limited (the 'Company'), the mineral exploration and
development company, predominantly based in Eastern Canada, today announces that
it has placed 7,343,748 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Placing
Shares') at a placing price of 9.6p per share (the 'Placing') to finance working
capital and exploration expenditure.

The following Directors have subscribed for Placing Shares:

The Placing is conditional on admission of the Placing Shares to AIM.
Application has been made for admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM,

In total the Directors have subscribed for 25.5% of the Placing Shares, the
balance being placed with private and institutional investors.
