Landore Resources has been notified that William Humphries has today acquired
500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in the
market today. Following the purchase, William Humphries is now interested in
7,792,064 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.07 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital.
