Documentation Completed
Following the announcement in February that heads of terms had
been signed by three of the UK's largest property investors,
Hammerson plc, Henderson Investors and Land Securities PLC, to
form a partnership known as the 'Birmingham Alliance', it was
confirmed today that the Partnership documentation has now been
legally completed.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:

Is not required to be regulated or supervised by a body concerned with the regulation or supervision of investment or financial services;
