Mike joined Land Securities as Development Director in 2002 and has been responsible for overseeing Land Securities' London development programme. In particular Mike has introduced the Capital Commitment campaign, focusing on marketing Land Securities' entire London development programme rather than individual schemes. More recently Mike has overseen the forward sale of 450,000 sq ft of offices at Bankside 123 to IPC Media. Commenting on the appointment, Land Securities' Chairman, Peter Birch, said, ' Mike's track record means that he brings to the Board a strong insight into the London market and in particular the needs of modern occupiers.
