NOTICE OF INVESTOR DAY

 

Lancashire Holdings Limited ("Lancashire" or "the Company") will be hosting an Investor Day for analysts and investors on Wednesday, 6 November 2013 at the London Stock Exchange building in London. The presentation will start at 2:00pm UK time.

 

The Investor Day will focus on Lancashire's acquisition of the Cathedral group (subject to UK regulatory approval) and its activities within the Lloyd's insurance market, the establishment of Kinesis Capital Management Limited and the development of the initiative to underwrite on behalf of third party capital providers and an update on strategic developments in Lancashire's underwriting portfolio.

 

Richard Brindle (Group CEO), Alex Maloney (Group Chief Underwriting Officer), Elaine Whelan (Group CFO) and other members of the senior management team will lead the Investor Day. The Investor Day will also include a presentation from the Cathedral team.
