                              Total Voting Rights


In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, KSK
Power Ventur plc ('KSK') would like to notify the market that KSK's capital
consists of 128,878,505 ordinary shares with voting rights.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in KSK is 128,878,505 and may be
used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, KSK under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
